A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a certified behavior analysis professional who works directly with individuals, especially children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Our journey begins with a comprehensive assessment conducted by a BCBA, who then crafts a personalized intervention plan. An RBT implements this plan through regular sessions in settings such as the home, school, or community, always under the BCBA's supervision. This collaborative model ensures that interventions are consistently applied and adjusted as needed
